The BAFTA Yip Foundation Scholarships will award a minimum of two scholarships to Hong Kong residents in need of financial assistance to take a post-graduate course in the UK related to a career in film, television or games. Click here to view a list of eligible courses (59 KB)
Each scholarship will provide up to £20,000 towards one year's course fees, a £10,000 bursary for living expenses, an industry mentor, and free access to BAFTA events for a year.
In return, scholarship recipients are required to contribute to the BAFTA Guru online learning channel and take part in BAFTA’s outreach activity to young people. Students who receive a scholarship for the first year of a two-year course will be considered for a scholarship for their second year.
Please complete and submit the online application form, and any supplementary pages, by 5pm (HKT) on Monday 9 June 2014. Shortlisted applicants will be informed by the end of July.
