Teaching Assistants, Hong Kong

We are looking for Teaching Centre Assistants to work in partnership with the class teacher to create a positive learning environment for Very Young Learners. The main responsibilities will include supporting the teacher in the delivery of high quality English language teaching by supervising, monitoring and motivating the children during lessons and ensuring children are participating in classroom activities by modelling appropriate behaviour. Other duties will include contributing to the Customer Services team by supporting the customer flow and to answer customers’ question with professionalism.

To be considered, you must have experience of working as part of a team and experience of working with Young Learners. Patience and passion in teaching children to nurture their life- long learning is a desirable trait. Qualifications required are HKDSE / GCSE or equivalent and if you are currently pursuing your Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), you will be a preferred candidate. You must have good communication skills in both Cantonese and English and must have the commitment to customer care. Candidates should be able to work on Sundays.
