Role overview

As a Programme Manager, you will lead on the implementation of a range of programmes in Hong Kong, manage project resources and oversee activities to ensure that project objectives are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest level of quality to ensure impact. Your role will have strong education sector knowledge and a strong interest in the arts and cultural skills. You will support the Head of Education & Society Programmes and the Director of Programmes and Partnerships to deliver a successful, coherent programme portfolio by ensuring that programme knowledge and data is gathered, recorded and shared effectively.

To be considered, you should have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, events management, education, social science, arts, or creative related field as well as proficiency level – Native / bilingual in Cantonese. You need to have a minimum four to five years of relevant work experience in project or programme management in education or government. Sound, demonstrable experience of financial reporting and budget management including knowledge of project work at all stages of the project life cycle are also essentials for this role. Experience of working on government/donor-funded projects is advantageous.
