Role overview

We are for an experienced Marketer to lead the development and execution of the country marketing strategy for Young Learners English and plans for the country. You will work to ensure alignment to the cluster/regional and global marketing strategy and brand, and to work in partnership with SBUs to ensure that country marketing programmes enable required business targets.

To be considered, you must a Bachelor’s degree is marketing, communications or equivalent along with experience in a lead marketing role in areas of integrated marketing communications, branding, digital and PR. You need to be able to develop annual integrated marketing plans based on data and market insights and has hands on experience in delivering marketing campaigns as well as evaluating the performance of the campaigns and apply learning for refining future campaigns. You are also expected to be able to develop/create social media content and manage social media platforms. Ability to prepare forecasts and monitor budgets is essential.
