Role overview
As an Advisor, you will provide an exceptional level of customer service and support to Adult learners during the course of their studies with British Council in order to achieve lesson consumption and participating rates. You will conduct course inductions encourage all students to join course induction at the start of their course. Your main task will be to motivate and encourage students to complete their course on time by offering study advice, providing study plans, and arranging student-teacher meetings when necessary. In addition, you will have the opportunity to establish and manage systems and processes to keep track of all follow-up records which feeds into continuous product and services improvement.
To be considered, you must bring along 3 years of customer service experience. Candidates with sales experience preferably in the services industry as well as knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be given priority. A Diploma and/or Degree in any discipline is essential and if you have English Language Teaching (ELT) qualification, in addition, you will be a preferred candidate. You should be able to speak and write in English and Cantonese. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
