The purpose of the Training Manager role is to lead the successful delivery of change programme training projects to all quality, cost and time standards and to assure the design and delivery of all learning interventions required for these change projects, including post-project self-access materials for new starters

You will design and deliver the training project to all agreed time, cost and quality standards and lead the production of training materials taking account of timescales resources and quality requirements.  You will liaise with stakeholders to ensure all learning interventions are aligned to business needs and processes. 

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following essential skills and experiences: 

  • You will have proven experience of producing blending learning interventions in support of complex, technical change programmes
  • You will have proven experience in the production of learning materials:  Camtesia, Adobe Captivate or Goanimate (or a willingness to become competent within 12 months)
  • You’ll have experience of using web-based training tools such as zoom, webex and yammer or wiki forums
  • You will be CIPD qualified or have equivalent training qualification
  • It is essential that you have experience in delivering HRIS training material
