WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY
The Assistant Manager, Marketing works as part of the Marketing Team of 6 staff for the Teaching Centre which is led by the Head English Marketing. The post-holder is line managed by the Marketing Manager and works closely with other team members on managing and developing integrated marketing and branding campaigns for the young learner courses of the Teaching Centre and International Pre-School.
WHAT IS INTERESTING ABOUT IT
This role will specifically support the Marketing Manager on marketing and promotional activities with a strong focus on digital and social media marketing, joint promotion campaigns and events for the Teaching Centre’s English courses for young learners and International Pre-School.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of three-year solid working experience and track record of managing, developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on digital / social media, as well as evaluating the performance of the campaigns
- Knowledge of print, outdoor, online and digital advertising channels and social media platforms in Hong Kong as well as the web and online analytics tools, keyword search
- Excellent communication skills – being able to communicate and articulate the messages to different parties effectively
- Chinese typing and able to produce marketing content in Chinese (Cantonese)
- Fluency in written and spoken English (APTIS Test - CEFR level B2) and Chinese (Cantonese)
- A Bachelor’s Degree
