Role overview

British Council Hong Kong is currently looking for a Customer Management Executive to join and support their Exam team.

In this role, you will ensure a high quality and efficient integrated customer service experience for customers meeting all British Council Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction. By converting enquiries into sales support the wider exams team to achieve its annual business targets.

To qualify for the role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience of working with customers in a service orientated environment
  • Degree graduate (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
  • Accuracy (100% accuracy is required in data input, operating registrar system and providing information to customers)
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • English language skills at B2 level (Aptis B2, IELTS 6 and above, or equivalent)
  • Good Chinese and Putonghua skills
  • Good IT skills - use of spreadsheets, accurate data inputting and English and Chinese word processing
