Role overview

The Customer Management Executive will assist the sales team to achieve sales targets in order to enable the Council to meet its business targets and objectives. A key responsibility is to register, reserve or waitlist new and existing students in appropriate classes and to handle cash desk in the system and ensure accurate payments received for courses, placement tests and examination registrations. You will be involved with registrations and queries via e-mail/telephone, data input as well as statistics reporting.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of solid experience working in a customer service/sales environment, preferably in the service industry. You must also have excellent customer care skills (pleasant telephone manner & excellent counter service) and complaints handling. Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree, in any discipline and possess good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), sales techniques and/or experience of working with children will give you an advantage.
